So here is what we would like to tell you about ourselves.

Our company has been founded in 2007. Most of our translators are freelancers who receive and submit the jobs via e-mail and Skype.

A freelance translator becomes acquainted with terms and contents of each job before confirming his or her availability. Each freelance translator can freely determine the time period when he or she accepts our jobs.

Each candidate is selected based on the results of the tests (for key languages). For other languages, the translators are selected based on 1-2 minor no-rush jobs.

Rates are agreed individually with each translator and depend on the quality of the work performed. That is why the rate is included in our online form. Each freelancer is only offered the jobs with a budget that corresponds to his or her rate.

At the end of each month, a reconciliation file is sent to freelancers where they can check all the jobs completed in the same month. Each freelancer is free to send any questions or objections regarding the expected payment amount. Payment is made in hryvnias, rubles, dollars, or euros within first 5 business days of each month for all jobs completed in previous month.

Payment methods:

– Privatbank credit card (we pay a bank fee, but in some cases, depending on card recipient, the bank charges additional fee from the recipient, which is not indicated at the time of payment)

– WebMoney (only USD account)

– Skrill

– Mobile phone

– Bank transfer (Privatmoney, Unistream, Contact, Zolotaya Korona, etc.). In such case, the fee is paid by the translator.
